• destructive code; or

You must not attempt to:

21 Multiple Accounts

Where Damascus Projects Global requires one account per person, you must not create multiple accounts to circumvent that requirement.

Multiple legitimate accounts may only be permitted where Damascus Projects Global expressly allows them.

Creating multiple accounts to evade a restriction or suspension is prohibited.

22 Live Streaming Rules

Users participating in live streams must behave professionally and lawfully.

You must not use a live stream to:

• deceive viewers;
• promote fraudulent opportunities;
• harass participants;
• disrupt another user's presentation;
• broadcast unlawful material;
• expose private information;
• distribute malicious links;
• impersonate another person;
• manipulate viewers through fraudulent claims; or
• conduct prohibited activities.

Damascus Projects Global may interrupt or terminate a live stream that violates this Policy.

23 Private Meetings

Private meetings are still subject to this Policy.

You must not use private meetings to:

• defraud another user;
• harass another person;
• threaten another person;
• solicit prohibited services;
• distribute malicious material;
• obtain information through deception; or
• conduct unlawful activities.

The fact that a meeting is private does not exempt users from these rules.

24 Business Opportunities

Users must not knowingly publish fictitious business opportunities.

• other business opportunity,

you must have a legitimate basis for making the representation.

You must only upload or publish material that you have the right to use.

You must not upload:

• copyrighted material without permission;
• stolen photographs;
• copied business presentations;
• another company's confidential materials;
• trademarks without appropriate authority;
• pirated software;
• stolen videos; or
• other protected material without lawful rights.

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, you may report it through our applicable intellectual property reporting process.

26 Confidential Information

You must not publish or disclose another person's confidential information without lawful authority.

This may include:

• confidential contracts;
• private financial information;
• confidential customer information;
• private business documents;
• unpublished product designs; or
• information protected by a confidentiality agreement.

Users are responsible for protecting their own confidential information before publishing it.

27 Misuse of Verification

33 Use of Artificial Intelligence

Users may use artificial intelligence tools in connection with Damascus Projects Global where such use is lawful.

However, AI-generated material must not be used to:

• deceive users about the identity of a person;
• create misleading testimonials;

35 Professional Conduct

Users are expected to:

• respect other users' time;
• respect privacy; and
• conduct themselves appropriately during presentations and meetings.

Professional disagreement is allowed.

Harassment, threats and deception are not.

36 Reporting Violations

38 Immediate Action

• comply with law;
• protect our systems;
• prevent significant disruption; or
• protect the integrity of Damascus Projects Global.
